London: 1859. 4to. 2 plates (1 colored). Walter Pagel's copy, with inscription on corner of title page "With the Author's respects." Modern brown cloth. Light browning. 2. On the Effects of the Antiseptic System of Treatment upon the Salubrity of a Surgical Hospital. Edinburgh: Edmonston and Douglas, 1870. 8vo. Inscribed "With the Author's kind regards" on title page. Modern quarter morocco and marbled boards. With Autograph Note Signed ("Joseph Lister") loosely inserted at front, 1 p, 12mo. 3. Another, as above, without signature card. Quarter green paper and self-wrappers, with "From the Author" inscribed at top left of upper wrapper. Slightly rubbed, minor browning. 4. Principles of Antiseptic Surgery. [Germany]: 1891. Reprint from Internationale Beitrage zur wissenschaftiche Medecin. Contemporary wrappers, modern cloth chemise. HOWARD KELLY'S COPY with his signature on front wrapper.
