Lot consists of: five assorted barrels for the various Stevens single shot rifles using the 44 and 44-1/2 action. All but one have forends attached as well. (A) 28" round barrel, caliber .22 LR with front sight. Barrel well marked. CONDITION: Strong rifling, 97% original factory blue finish with sharp legends. Forend is for the military style model and in excellent condition. (B) 28" half octagon barrel, .32 bore, with folding globe front sight and Winchester style express rear sight. CONDITION: Near new bore, 95% blue finish, sharp legends, custom forend. (C) 28-1/2" half octagon barrel, caliber .22 LR, serial number 4053 with no sights. CONDITION: Strong but frosted bore, 95% reapplied blue. Sharp legends. Top of barrel drilled for scope mounts. No forend. (D) 30" octagon barrel, 22 LR caliber, serial number 4686 with no sights. CONDITION: Strong rifling, sharp legends. 85% blue turning plum overall. Checkered walnut forend is excellent. Front sight slot is filled and rear of barrel has 5" scope rail. (E) 30" half octagon barrel, .25-20 Stevens cartridge, serial number 12326 with folding Beaches front and sporting rear sights. CONDITION: 98% high polish original factory blue, barrel tapped for scope blocks. Sharp bore. Fine checkered walnut fore-end with matching number to barrel. This is the nicest of all the Stevens barrels. A great lot to build some custom single shots. Item Dimensions: 26 - 1/2" x 2 - 1/2" x 2".
