Upjohn..." on the backing, and Beach Scene, and one pencil drawing Still Life of Fruit; two etchings, Philip Kappel (American, 1901-1981), The Mail Boat, signed "Philip Kappel" l.r. and in the plate, Herbert Gordon Warlow (British, 1885-1942), The Farmyard, signed "H. Gordon Warlow" l.r., initialed in the plate, numbered "59/75" l.l. Sheet sizes to 14 3/8 x 22 1/2 in. Condition: Toning, staining, light struck, Town Street with tear and losses, Taking Title, Beach Scene, and Mail Boat laid down on paperboard. N.B. Correspondence and exhibition pamphlets from Myron Lechat accompany the lot.
