South German, second quarter of the 15th century, possibly from a Vita Christi. 8 5/8 x 6 1/8 inches (22 x 15.5 cm), 22 lines written in a compressed Gothic textura, with fine vinework borders in gilt and colors. Marginal soiling, but in all a very nice example indeed, framed. C
