Original quarter vellum and cloth over bevelled boards, gilt-lettered leather spine label (label a little worn), top edges gilt. ONE OF 300 COPIES PRINTED. Laid in is a keepsake in honor of Albert Ehrman, Mss and Printed Books Presented by Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ehrman to The Friends of the National Libraries, The British Museum, and Other Libraries from 1925 to 1970 , Oxford, 1970. With corrspondence from the Ehrmans and a corrected typed draft of Breslauer's condolence letter to Mrs. Ehrman on her husband's death. Breslauer, Uses , p. 30 ("essential reading for any student of bindings").
