La penna riporta il colore della bandiera CEE, è ingentilita dal decoro con incise le 12 stelline a simboleggiare i paesi europei che hanno aderito al trattato. I primi 12 esemplari sono stati donati ai Capi di Stato dei Paesi firmatari dell’accordo, dall’Ufficio Protocollo della CEE, proprio in considerazione della pregevolezza della penna e del suo storico intrinseco valore. The fountain pen Omas Collection Europe, was produced in 3500 numbered pieces. With this jewel of writing, Omas intends to recall over time the exceptional historical event of European Unification, sanctioned on 7 February 1992 in Maastricht with the signing of the Economic and Monetary Treaty. The pen shows the color of the EEC flag, is refined by the decoration with engraved 12 stars to symbolize the European countries that joined the treaty. The first 12 copies were donated to the Heads of State of the signatory countries of the agreement, by the Protocol Office of the EEC, precisely in view of the value of the pen and its historical intrinsic value.
