Orme (Edward, publisher). Lord Nelson explaining to the Officers the Plan of Attack previous to the Battle of Trafalgar. Position of the combined forces of France & Spain, at the commencement of the Action 21st Octr. 1805, with Lord Nelson, Cape Trafalgar ..., Designed, Published & Sold Jany. 9th 1806, by Edwd Orme, engraving and soft-ground etching on wove paper by James Godby after William Marshall Craig, the upper portion in pale yellow tint, the lower portion with hand colouring, with margins, one or two short marginal tears (without loss), light soiling to edges, plate size 435 x 287mm (17 x 11.25ins), sheet size 495 x 345mm (19.5 x 13.5ins) This print also exists in a version with full colour, including the upper part showing Nelson and his officers.
