R.); together with transmission slip, good very fine (2) £60-80 Footnote John Arnold was born at Eastbourne and lived at Kennington. He was killed in action in France and Flanders on 14 April 1917 whilst serving with the 9th Battalion, London Regiment (Queen Victoria’s Rifles) and his name is commemorated on the Arras Memorial.
