Parr after J. Wootton, P. Tillemans, and others, John Bowles at No. 13 in Cornhill, [watermarked 1797-1811]; A New Collection of Several Noted Horses as Well Hunters as Running Horses drawn in a variety of actions & neatly engraved after the original paintings of Mr. James Seymour engraved pictorial title and 6 plates (numbered 1-6) by James Roberts after J. Seymour, John Bowles at No. 13 in Cornhill, [watermarked 1801], 2 works bound in one, nineteenth century half morocco, gilt lettered "Famous Running Horses" on spine, extremities rubbed, [cf. Siltzer, The Story of British Sporting Prints, appendix IV, p.375], oblong 4to (245 x 295mm.)
