A fine and rare early 18K gold Five Pounds George IV coin watch with champagne dial, Breguet numerals and original box Signed Patek Philippe, Genève, ref. 806, movement no. 860'902, case no. 505'730, manufactured in 1938 Cal. 9''' mechanical jeweled movement, champagne dial, Breguet numerals, circular case with snap on back, all hinged within the 18K gold George IV Five Pounds coin with the head of George IV to the cover and dated 1904, King George fighting the dragon to the reverse and dated 1937, the hinged cover opened by depressing a concealed thumbpiece in the band, case, dial and movement signed 35.6 mm. diam.
