A very fine, rare and possibly unique platinum and diamond-set water-resistant perpetual calendar chronograph wristwatch with phases of the moon and grey dial with diamond-set numerals Signed Patek Philippe, Geneve, ref. 3990, movement no. 3'045'391, case no. 2'953'469, manufactured in 1996 Cal. 27-70 Q nickel-finished lever movement stamped twice with the Geneva seal, 24 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, the slate grey dial with diamond-set numerals, luminous hands, outer Arabic five minute divisions, two apertures for day and month, three subsidiary dials indicating 12 hours register combined with constant seconds, 30 minutes register combined with leap year indicator, phases of the moon combined with date, in circular water-resistant-type case with baguette-cut diamond-set bezel, glazed screw back, downturned fluted lugs, two round chronograph buttons in the band, platinum Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial and movement signed 36 mm. diam.
