PENDULE D'EPOQUE NAPOLEON III EN BRONZE DORE ET PORCELAINE DE STYLE SEVRES, RAINGO FRERES TROISIEME QUART XIXe SIECLEA NAPOLEON III ORMOLU AND SEVRES STYLE PORCELAIN MANTEL CLOCK, RAINGO FRERES THIRD QUARTER 19TH CENTURY The circular enamelled dial with Arab and Roman chapters signed 'RAINGO FRERES / A PARIS' within a cartouche shaped shield, the rectangular stepped case with foliate borders inset with turquoise and polychrome parcel-gilt decorated porcelain plaques, depicting putti and floral bouquets, on acanthus wrapped feet, surmounted by two cherubs emblematic of geometry centred by an athénienne surmounted by an oil lamp, the back of base numbered '1379' and inscribed 'EMPIRE', 51.5cm wide, 19cm deep, 55cm high (20in wide, 7in deep, 21 1/2in high).
