London: Henry Colburn 1825. 2 vols., 4to, gray paper boards, printed paper labels, uncut, some wear, spines creased, some fraying to labels, occasional foxing and browning, some staining to vol. 1 affecting a few plates, calf-backed cloth slipcase, worn, labels defective. FIRST EDITION, half-titles, engraved frontispieces, double-page plan, 10 engraved plates. Book-label of the Brick Row Bookshop, Inc. Grolier/ English 75; [ with ] [PEPYS]. Autograph letter signed to an un-named correspondent ("Reverend Sr."), Clapham, 29 September 1702. One page, 4to, torn and repaired along left edge with fragments of a few letters lost. Written the year before his death. Laid into vol. 1 of the preceding. (2)
