Brass barrel marked with post-1813 Birmingham commercial proof marks at breech and LONDON on top. Appears to be a period American restock of a British trade pistol barrel using a combination of an American lock, English furniture, and locally made American furniture. Brass mounts throughout, figured wood stock, wooden ramrod with brass tip. Condition: About good. Brass barrel with deep, dark, uncleaned patina. Lock with dark brown patina and clear markings. Possible conversion from flint to percussion. Lock functional with no half-cock. Brass furniture with medium golden rod patina. Stock good, with crack at lock mounting screw on stock flat.
