New York: Viking Press, 1977, first edition thus (special edition commemorating the exhibition at The International Center of Photography, New York City, November/December, 1977). 280 pages with black and white plates throughout. Quarto with gray linen over boards blindstamp on front and back covers without dust jacket as issued. Signed and inscribed "Warmest Memories at Christmas" in red marker and dated in ink on the title page. Signed three times: twice in ink and once in orange crayon, dated in ink and inscribed twice in ink: “…I’ll eat your maraschino cherries” and "Best wishes and regards" with an elaborate sketch in ink on the reverse of the free-front end paper. 11 x 9 7/8 in.
