(Oblong) 7¾x12¼, brown cloth, saddle-sewn. Personal travel photo album with several images of vineyards, including Gramps Barossa Valley. Colin Gramp is a legend in the Australian wine industry and is the great grandson of Johann Gramp who moved to South Australia from Germany in 1837. He soon established what is believed to be the first commercial vineyard in the famed Barossa Valley. Also seen, SPQR (Senate and People of Rome) was formerly a mechanics garage in Auckland, New Zealand. Plus, images of a golf course, various large “stately” buildings and residences, harbor / water views, gardens, grassy fields, islands, bridges, 1920’s automobiles, etc. Lot Amendments Condition: Slight fading to photos, other light wear, else very good to near fine.
