Picart (Bernard).- Tafereel, of Beschryving van den prachtigen tempel der Zang-Godinnen, vertoond in LX heerlyke Kunststukken. Behelzende alle de voornaemste Geschiedenissen van de Fabel-Oudheid, first edition, letterpress title in red and black with vignette arms of Willem Sautyn, engraved additional allegorical title, and 60 fine copper engraved plate by Bernard Picart with ornamental borders, woodcut initials and tail-pieces, engravings and woodcuts all with well-executed early hand-colouring, occasional very light marginal soiling and some light scattered foxing (largely to text), but a very good, fresh copy with wide margins throughout, contemporary calf, covers with central gilt ornament, spine gilt in compartments, neatly and sympathetically rebacked, retaining original backstrip, endpapers renewed, [Cohen 531 (French edition)], folio, Amsterdam, Zacharias Chatelain, 1733.
