Sold by Bryant and Greenwood, Republic Building Chicago. April 1912 Author: Place: Chicago Publisher: Date: 1912 Description: Cadastral map. Black & white, with some lots colored in red or green. 72.2x43 cm (28½x17"). Rare real estate map for the town of Lake Worth, Florida (here called Lakeworth, recently changed from Lucerne), located 64 miles north of Miami, named after the Lake Worth Lagoon on its eastern edge. At the bottom of the map is the printed note: Business Lots 25'x135', Residence Lots 50'x135'. Streets 40' Wide. No copies are listed in OCLC/WorldCat. Lot Amendments Condition: Old folds, a bit of edge wear, slight nicks at fold intersection; very good. Lots sold without reserve are sold “as Is” and are not returnable under any circumstances.
