A brown Ferrari postal envelope, addressed to a 'Mr H.K. Bowden of Wigan', date stamped 7.6.56, with enclosed brochures for the 250 Europa & 375 America ( being an eight page brochure, featuring colour artworks of the rolling chassis plus various coachworks, together with specifications in Italian of the chassis & engine - Featured on p119 of 'Ferrari Brochures and Sales Literature - A Source Book 1946 - 1967' by Richard F Merritt), 250 Granturismo (being a four page brochure featuring a single coachwork illustration & specification chart in Italian. This brochure features on p127 of the Merritt book), 410 Superamerica (being a four page brochure featuring a single coachwork illustration with specification page in English & Italian. This brochure features on p139 of the Merritt book), 375 Mille Miglia (being a six page fold-out brochure featuring two coachwork artworks, plus another of a rolling chassis. Includes specification of engine and chassis in Italian. This brochure features on p111 of the Merritt book), 250 Europa, 500 Mondial & 750 Monza (being a 10 page fold out brochure featuring superb colour images of the Monza & Mondial in action, plus a stylized lady stood next to the 250 Europa. Includes engine/chassis specification for all models in Italian. This brochure features on p101 of the Merritt book), 212 Inter (being an eight page fold out brochure featuring three colour coachwork artworks together with detail monotone images. Includes race successes list & specification of the engine/chassis in Italian. This brochure features on p77 of the Merritt book), 250 Mille Miglia (being an eight page fold out brochure which has torn to three of the four fold lines. It features glorious artwork including an image of the car competing on the Mille Miglia, plus colourful rolling chassis artwork & specification of engine/chassis in Italian. This brochure features on p93 of the Merritt book. This lot also contains a single sheet 'brochure' for the 410 Superamerica, which features a colourful full page image to one side & model information to reverse. The car in the photo is in fact a 376 MM Farina roadster in yellow, making this a particularly interesting piece. This piece features on p117 of the Merritt book. All offered in varied condition. A unique opportunity to purchase eight pieces of rare Ferrari Literature, within the envelope in which they left the factory. Superb & offered without reserve.
