Both signed "Raphael Soyer" in pencil beneath the image l.r., numbered "54/35" and "13/30," respectively, l.l. Plate sizes to 9 7/8 x 7 5/8 in., unframed. Condition: Woman gently light-struck. N.B. Study includes the artist's self-portrait on the left. Woman was part of the portfolio Sixteen Etchings by Raphael Soyer published by Associated American Artists, New York, 1964.
