A fine series of doodles, primarily consisting cartoon portraits of a variety of characters including a horse, a cowboy (and Native American), a man's torso, a caricature of a Chinese man as well as what appears to be a bust portrait of Winston Churchill smoking a cigar. One of the more prolific Presidential doodlers, Ronald Reagan stands among a long line artistic chief executives—most notably Herbert Hoover, Dwight Eisenhower and John F. Kennedy. Unlike his predecessors, he would occasionally produce sketches expressly for friends and admirers.
