Lithographed portrait frontispiece, 18 plates, including 10 hand-coloured and one folding plan of Algiers. (Plan with severe but clean tear, some spotting.) Original cloth (rebacked, rubbed). CLEVELAND, Richard Jeffrey. A Narrative of Voyages and Commercial Enterprises , Boston: Charles Pierce, 1850. 12° (201 x 117mm). Half title, engraved frontispiece and 3 plates. (Light offsetting from plates, half title stained.) Original cloth, spine gilt (spine very lightly faded). First publ;ished in 1842, cf. Hill p.55. [BUCHAN, George].
