ROMAN GROUP OF BRONZE BROOCHES AND RINGS Circa 2nd-3rd century AD. A mixed group of bronze artefacts comprising: a delicate finger ring with elliptical bezel and intaglio depicting a standing female; a sturdy finger ring with D-section hoop expanding to a discoid bezel with ring-and-dot design flanked by lanceolate patterns; a trumpet brooch with a ribbed section on the bow; a Hod Hill brooch with enamelled lozenge patterns on the outer face.
