Pages [63]-[70] are skipped in pagination, and pp.[71]-123 comprise "Brief sketches of representative business men of San Francisco." A rare item: OCLC/WorldCat lists only four copies, at the California State Library; Yale University; the Huntington Library; and the National Library of Australia.
