There are pinholes along the edges and to the corners, especially along the lower edge. There are creases and tears along the lower edge, with one vertical tear measuring 2 inches to the sitter's forearm. There is a small tear below the hand of the figure of approximately half an inch. There is adhesive tape on the back of the tears. There are remnants of glue on the reverse. There are slight spots of foxing to the edges. There are scuffs and humidity spots to the area on the right of the right shoulder and below the right shoulder. The paper is mounted to the backing with adhesive tape. Held in a wooden frame under plexiglass.
