Obligation contains a term of financial debt, in case the brothers will refuse to perform Halitzah, and thus make the woman Agunah, unabling her to remarry. The version of this Shar Halitzah is based on Sefer "Nahalat Shiv'a", mark 22 (see additional materials). Single page, 31 cm. Good condition, stains, minor tears to edges. Printed in round letters, which was rare in those days.
