Framed, images 17 ins x 13 ins [43 cms x 33 cms], both with fold marks, the Griffith a little soiled at foot. A scarce pair of portraits. Lavery and his wife Hazel got to know Griffith and Collins during the Treaty negotiations in London, where the couple used their social connections to assist the Irish delegates.
