Tag Heuer SLR Mercedes Limited Edition. The TAG Heuer SLR is a series that began as a limited edition watch only available if you also bought a Mercedes SLR McLaren. The partnership with Mercedes-Benz grew from the shared association that TAG Heuer and Mercedes-Benz had with the McLaren F1 team, which in the early 2000s had sealed a deal with Mercedes-Benz to produce a Supercar that would be the spiritual successor to the famous Mercedes-Benz 300SLR of the 1950s. This SLR is the series two. It has a large stainless steel case with chronograph pushers creatively set at 45 degrees and crowns on both the left and right of the case. The back is stainless steel engraved with the limited edition number 3367/3500 and held by 6 imdividual screws. The bezel is polished stainless steel engraved with the tachymeter numbers and SLR. The dial is gloss black with Mercedes Benz Tag Heuer logo at the top and complete with inner rotating bezel and chronograph suB dials. The movement is an automatic calibre 17 with chronograph and date function. The strap is perfectly fitted to the case and has a stainless steel Tag Heuer deployment clasp. Presented in excellent condition.
