(11x8¼"), blue cloth-backed boards, spine lettered in gilt, pictorial jacket, slipcase with mounted color plate and lettered in gilt. No. 6 of 900 hand-numbered copies. First Edition. Signed by both authors on the limitation page. The most comprehensive study of early literary references on golf. Developed by Alastair Johnston using a great deal of his own personal collection as reference. D&J J7660. Lot Amendments Condition: Bit of creasing to jacket; touch of wear to cover, corners rubbed; near fine or better in like jacket and slipcase. Item number: 252533
