comprising a quantity of printed ephemera relating to the life and motor racing career of R A Yallop, including a set of documents for the 1933 BRDC 500 Mile race at Brooklands, comprising an original race meeting poster, 75 x 50cm, mounted with hand written lists of entrants, framed and glazed, General Arrangements notice, Advance Information, Supplementary Regulations, Final Instructions to Entrants, Final Entries list, race programme and results booklet, together with many assorted Brooklands publications from 1931 onwards including race programmes, driver's rule and regulation booklets, letters and notices from Percy Bradley, BARC entrant's list which show Yallop competing in Aston-Martin and MG cars, race cards, race entry forms, Brooklands yearbooks, assorted British Racing Driver's Club ephemera including member's lists (showing Yallop from 1933), regulations booklets, Christmas cards, invitations, letters, menus, other motoring ephemera for the Junior Car Club, RAC rallies, AA touring guides, COR application, Speed racing calendar for 1934, Speed magazine Volume 1 number 1, some programmes and ephemera relating to other races and events including 24 Heure du Mans 1933, Ulster Hill Climb, Crystal Palace, Ards Tourist Trophy race, Donington, 24 Heures du Spa 1933, Mannin Beg, Mannin Moar, Isle of Man TT motor-cycle races 1934 and 1935 with some tickets, RAC Grand Prix at Silverstone 1948, Concours events at Bexhill, Weymouth, Ramsgate and Eastbourne, Aviation ephemera including 1929 Schneider Trophy Race programme, London Aeroplane Club rule book, King's Cup Air race 1935, and Brooklands Aero Club ephemera, contained in six ringbound folders, together with a collection of press cuttings relating to Yallop and copies of certificates of birth, marriages and death, and two framed and glazed BARC Brooklands Committee 'Resolutions' relating to the death of King George V.
