Kearsley Date: 1792 Description: [2], 45 pp. (8vo) 19x11.5 cm (7½x4½"), 20th century full polished green calf ruled in gilt, spine lettered in gilt, gilt inner dentelles, marbled endpapers, all edges gilt; bound by Bayntun-Riviere. One of the earliest accounts of the trial of Thomas Paine for his publication of Part II of the Rights of Man. Lot Amendments Condition: Some scattered light foxing to contents, title page a bit soiled; very good. Item number: 274385
