London: Richard Pynson, Idibus Nov. 1518. Small 4to (173 x 125mm). Collation: A 8 B 6 . Royal woodcut device on title and Pynson's printer's device [McKerrow 41] at end. 19th-century roan gilt by Mackenzie, edges gilt. Provenance : Cardiff Castle bookplate. FIRST EDITION and the only one published in England, it was reprinted by Froben in Basel. Tunstall, as Master of the Rolls, delivered this oration in praise of matrimony, at the betrothal of Mary, the daughter of Henry VIII to the dauphin of France on 15 October 1518. STC 24320 (records only 6 copies including the present)
