Two Dutch-engraved armorial goblets CIRCA 1740, THE GLASS GERMANY OR THE NETHERLANDS The first with a funnel bowl with the crowned arms of the Seven Dutch United Provinces above a continuous band of triangles, upon two mereses, the stem with a hollow inverted baluster section above a short plain section, conical foot, 20.9 cm. high, the second with a funnel bowl with the crowned wreathed arms of Stadholder Prince Willem IV, underneath the inscription VIVAT ORANIEN , on globular knop, the stem with an inverted baluster section enclosing an elongated tear, conical folded foot, 19.8 cm. high (2)
