TWO JADE FISH FORMED PENDANTS, SHANG/WESTERN ZHOU (1600-771BC) the first of a deep green jade with heavy alterations, of flattened form with incised fin and eye detailing and paw like fore-legs, a suspension hole to mouth area and traces of cinnabar to surface; a pale celadon jade dragon-fish, of curved semi-circular form with incised eye, mouth and front paw detailing, a suspension hole to the mouth area; two pale celadon fish pendants both with ivory-white alterations, re-carved from damaged bracelet sections with raised lower fins, and further incised detailing, variously with two and three suspension holes to either end of pendant; two long completely altered fish with similar incised detailing, the suspension holes to the rear of the creatures heads; and a yellowish-green jade fish with heavy ivory white changes -- The first 3 3/16in.
