It was delivered to the Navy on June 3, 1941 and placed in service on June 7, 1941. This ship was used as a harbor tug boat and saw service mostly in the Norfolk and Hampton Roads area of Virginia in WWII. This ship saw service in the Korean War and was utilized primarily in the Norfolk, VA region. She was retired from service on May 7, 1970. Condition: Excellent.
