Weston-super-Mare Interest, - George VI silver salver with piecrust edge, 25.5cm diameter, 13.7toz approx, presented to H.C.Burgess from the Municipal Orchestra Weston-super-Mare October 1st 1938, with engraved signatures, Birmingham 1936, sponsors Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company, together with an interesting collection of related ephemera including; vellum album with illuminated page presented to Harry Burgess, together with £305 on the occasion of his departure from Weston-Super-Mare by his appreciative audience and townsfolk with dedication pages from the Music Club, Operatic Society, press cuttings, autographs, photographs etc Condition: This lot contains multiple items so would advise viewing in person although the silver salver is somewhat scratched to the surface and obviously had full presentation inscription - **General condition consistent with age
