WOODWARD, G. Woodward's Terrestrial Globe, 1820 ; with the companion celestial Globe. A pair of miniature globes, diameter 3 inches (76mm), overall height 5¾ inches (147mm). Each globe made up of 12 hand-coloured engraved gores, later varnish (some restoration). Metal pinions, unengraved brass meridian half circles, mounted on mahogany stands with central turned columns and bases. (2)
