Description: WW1 British Officers Medal Pair Royal Garrison Artillery, British War and Victory medals awarded to “MAJOR E J BUCKTON”. Medals are housed in the original forwarding boxes. Near mint condition. Major Ernest James Buckton was commissioned Lieutenant in the Royal Garrison Artillery, raising to the rank of Major. He served in France from 15th January 1917. He later served with the Army Ordnance Corps. He applied for his medals on 5th December 1922. Categories: Medals
