'Recommended to the perusal of the judge and jury at Southwark, before whom the rebels are to be tried.' Preface signed: J.B. Just 4 copies located in ESTC. By Authority of the Sheriffs. An Account of the Behaviour of William, late Earl of Kilmarnock, and Arthur, late Lord Balmerino, from the time of their being delivered into ... custody ... to the time of their execution . London: J. Hinton, 1746. 8°. Binding as above. One of three 8° editions, all scarce.
