Good condition. Not examined out of frame. 2. Illustration portraying a dark, bearded, man standing at the bow of a red boat, wearing a cloth around his waist. His arms are stretched towards the sky and his belongings are tied to his ankles. It seems as if the figure is about to fall into the stormy sea. The boat is rowed by a bearded man. On the right side, between the rocks, is a green snake. The yellow color of the sky creates a dramatic atmosphere. 32.2X23.5 cm, frame 52X42 cm. Good condition, minor spots to right corner and to lower left side. Not examined out of frame. It is not clear for what purpose Raban composed the illustrations presented here.
