Classic Car Auctions says: Delivered new on 20th March 1969 to its first owner in the United States, this left-hand drive car then found its way into the hands of a Mr Dailey Merritt who went on to own it from 1979 to 2002, at which point it was sold and imported to the UK. Included in the history file are numerous invoices from its time in the States along with its Californian registration certificate. Since arriving in the UK, the car has been looked after well, as various receipts from marque specialist, Karmann Konnection lay testament.With a UK V5c and lots of old MoT's this useable Karmann Ghia is ready to be enjoyed once again.
