Skilled chisel and jeweler, as well as a worker at the famous François-Désiré Froment-Meurice workshop, Jules Wiese set up his own business in 1844 to create his own products. He was awarded the “First Class” medal in goldsmithing and jewelry on the occasion of the Paris’ World Fair in 1855, and then finished to establish his reputation at the 1862 London’s World Fair.
