The first reconverted from percussion, with plain barrel and tang, flat bevelled lock with faint traces of signature (safety-catch missing), figured full stock (fore-end partly replaced, chipped around the tail of the lock) with apron around the barrel tang, regulation brass mounts, and later horn-tipped ramrod (some wear and pitting overall); the second forming a pair, one with barrel in three stages retaining some silver-damascened decoration at the breech, the other with chiselled decoration at the breech, plain tangs, engraved and silver-damascened locks respectively, chequered full stocks heightened with iron tacks (one butt detached), iron and brass mounts, the latter roughly cast with trophies and foliage comprising side-plate, spurred pommel, and trigger-guard, and no provision for ramrods (some wear and rust patination) (3) The first 23.2 cm. barrel
