A 19th century gold and hardstone intaglio bangle, of archaeological revival style, the hinged hoop with balaster terminals and set with five oval various coloured hardstone intaglios, each depicting a classical motif including Romulus and Remus, the profile head of Minerva and a Roman eagle, with wire and bead work decoration, the interior with gilt plaque with engraved inscription M.E.K. 1869-21 April-1894 J.D.K.
