A core-formed glass alabastron Late 6th-5th Century B.C., Eastern Mediterranean Short-necked with spreading rim edged with an opaque yellow trail, twin lug handles at the side, the blue tapering body decorated with opaque yellow and white spiralling marvered zigzagged trails and tooled vertical ribbing 4in. (10.2cm.) high
