A Dutch silver sugar bowl and milk jug and a silver-mounted tray Maker's mark of S.& H. Reitsma, Sneek, 1922; and apparently no maker's mark, Breda, 1948 The sugar bowl and milk jug circular, each on four claw feet with head finial, the body partly-gadrooned, with foliate and floral decoration on fish-scale ground and two scroll cartouches showing Dutch landscapes, the upper rim beaded and with openworked gallery of ovals, the sugar bowl with two scroll handles surmounted by head finials and with high-domed cover decorated en suite and surmounted by a crowned lion with shield, the milk jug with portrait spout and scroll handle surmounted by head finial, the wood tray with wide openworked floral border and applied foliate rim 10cm. (4in.) and 18cm. (7in.) high; 40cm. (15in.) wide marked on reverse (3)
