A FLINTLOCK INFANTRY MUSKET of French 1754 model type, with shortened barrel, bevelled lock struck with a mark, CA with fleur-de-lys above (cock associated), full stock, iron mounts (rear barrel-band missing), iron ramrod, and associated socket bayonet (butt reduced); a French Infantry 1763 model flintlock musket, the lock inscribed 'Manuf.re Royale à St. Etienne' and struck with a mark, HB conjoined, a crown above, with iron ramrod (restocked, barrel shortened); a French Infantry 1777 model flintlock musket with shortened barrel, the lock engraved 'M.re de Charleville', with iron ramrod; and another, incomplete (each musket rust patinated) 35¼in., 34 1/8in., 36¾in. and 33in. barrels (5)
