A GEORGE III SILVER THREE PIECE COMPOSITE TEA SERVICE AND A SILVER JUG, London, maker's marks of: the teapot 1807, T. & J. Guest & Josh. Cradock, cream jug and sugar bowl 1803 and 1807, R. & S. Hennell, the jug bearing marks for London, 1791, chased later and altered., the compressed circular tea service on rim foot, the lower body broadly fluted, slightly differing rim, the teapot with squat spout, raised collar, with bone harp form handle, the partly raised hinged cover with fluted calyx and fluted bone finial-- 5¼in. (13.3cm.) high , the partly fluted baluster jug on molded circular foot, with vacant scroll, foliate and scalework enclosed cartouche, leaf capped handle, with squat spout-- 5in. (14.6cm.) high, the tea service gross weight 33.5oz., the jug 12oz. (4)
