A Gilt Bronze Attendant Figure of Vaishravana Tibeto-Chinese, Kangxi Period, 17th Century Seated in lalitasana on a double-cushion base, brandishing a sword and holding the mongoose atop his left knee, his robe with a finely incised border and swirling sash draped across his shoulder, his face slightly tilted beneath an elaborate scrollwork tiara, richly gilt overall, inscribed in Tibetan Gnas.btsas on reverse, base sealed, gilt and incised with visvavajra 4 in. (10.1 cm.) high
