A GILTMETAL HALL LANTERN AFTER A DESIGN BY THOMAS CHIPPENDALE In the Rococo style and of bulb shape, with triple-scroll suspension and bowed sides headed by foliate clasps and divided by tapering pilaters cast with laurel, with single candle-fitting and berried boss,20th Century, 14½in. (37cm.) high; A PAIR OF VICTORIAN REPOUSSE GILTMETAL WALL LANTERNS, in the Gothic style, each with cross finial and pierced spire top above a pierced tapering hexagonal body with pierced single candle-holder, with hinged ropetwist bracket, the light element: 18¾in. (48cm.) high; and A REGENCY GILTWOOD TWO-LIGHT WALL-LIGHT, the flowerhead finial above panelled splayed supports mounted with stars, the bowed front also mounted with stars and with two turned nozzles, restorations, previously with a third nozzle and hung with drops, 14¾in.
